A Baby’s Breath Silent Auction is one of our two major Fund Raisers held each year to support our Crisis Pregnancy Centers and our life saving work. Held each November the event is designed as a delightful and fun filled “night-out” and seems to grow in popularity each year. Besides wonderful goods, services and unique “one of a kind items” to bid on (which are perfect for that hard to buy for person on your Christmas Gift list!), The Silent Auction features wonderful food and a comprehensive Program Guide in your ticket price. The Silent Auction is supported by the community, the churches and local businesses. The Silent Auction receives many donations from local businesses that are eager to get their goods and services in front of a loyal and highly desirable clientele. In addition to the exposure of their good and services at the Silent Auction many local businesses participate in reaching our supporters with their message through our Corporate Sponsorship Program. Of course it’s just not businesses who donate to the Silent Auction. Artists, crafts makers, musicians and just everyday ordinary folks like you and me, donate items to be auctioned off. Popular items include various crafts, artwork, sporting or theatrical event tickets, concert tickets, new toys, baby items, historical and sports memorabilia, collectible items, gift certificates or gift cards to various stores, airline tickets, movie tickets, child oriented DVD’s, restaurant gift certificates or cards, vacation or weekend getaways, shore house use, tools, and more.
